By accessing or using HunarHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
💼 Platform Description
HunarHub is a freelancing platform that connects clients with freelancers. We provide tools for job posting, proposals, communication, and secure payment processing.
💰 Payments & Fees
Platform Fee
HunarHub charges a 14% platform fee on all transactions. This fee is deducted from the total payment made by the client.
Payment Flow
- Clients pay 50% advance to start work
- Remaining 50% is paid upon completion
- Funds are held securely until work is approved
- Freelancers can withdraw to their UPI ID
Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹500
- Maximum daily withdrawal: ₹50,000
- Processing time: 24-48 hours
👤 User Responsibilities
Clients
- Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
- Pay agreed amounts on time
- Communicate respectfully with freelancers
- Do not request illegal or harmful work
Freelancers
- Deliver work as described in proposals
- Meet agreed deadlines
- Maintain professional communication
- Do not share client information without permission
⚠ Prohibited Activities
- Fraudulent transactions or payment disputes without valid reason
- Sharing personal contact information to bypass platform payments
- Posting illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Creating multiple accounts to manipulate ratings
- Harassment or abusive behavior towards other users
🛠 Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes between clients and freelancers:
- Users should first attempt to resolve issues through direct communication
- If unresolved, contact HunarHub support within 7 days
- We reserve the right to make final decisions on disputes
- Fraudulent claims may result in account suspension
